If you have searched for a massage in Bangkok, you have probably seen the word “outcall”. It simply means the massage comes to you. Instead of travelling to a shop or spa, a trained therapist travels to your hotel room, condo or home and gives the treatment there. It is sometimes also called mobile massage, in-room massage or massage delivery.
Outcall vs incall: the difference
Incall is the traditional way: you go to the massage shop, wait for a free therapist and have your treatment in a shared room or a curtained bed. Outcall reverses that: you choose the time and place, and the therapist arrives with what is needed for the treatment.

Neither is better for everyone. If you are already out near a shop you like, incall is easy. Outcall suits you best when you want to rest straight after the treatment, when it is late at night, when you have just landed, or when you would rather not go out at all.
How an outcall massage works with Fa Massage
- Send your details. Tell us your hotel or building name, your room or unit number, the treatment, the duration and the time. You can message us on LINE or WhatsApp, call, or use the online booking form.
- We confirm. We reply with your therapist and arrival time. A therapist usually arrives about 25 minutes after we confirm.
- Your therapist arrives. They bring everything needed for the treatment you booked, including massage oil. A massage table is not needed: your therapist works on your bed or on a mat.
- Relax, then rest. When the session ends, you are already home.

Which treatments can you have as outcall?

How much does an outcall massage cost?
Our prices depend on the treatment and duration, and are listed on every treatment page and on our full price list. Travel is free within 6 km of Nana Plaza, which covers most of central Bangkok, including Sukhumvit, Silom, Sathorn, Siam and Rama 9. Beyond that, our staff tell you the travel cost before you confirm.
You can pay in cash, which we prefer, or by bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
Hotels and visitors
Some hotels ask guests to register visitors at reception. If yours does, let reception know you are expecting a massage therapist, or meet your therapist in the lobby.
