Which full body massage should you choose?
Traditional Thai massage is done fully clothed and without oil, with pressure along the energy lines and assisted stretches for the hips, back and shoulders.
Oil massages use long, gliding strokes and are the most relaxing choice before sleep: aroma oil with essential oils, coconut oil, unscented baby oil or warm oil relax. Swedish massage adds kneading to improve circulation.

What a full body session covers
A full body massage works through the back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, legs and feet. Tell your therapist which areas need more attention, and any area to avoid; they adjust the pressure throughout.
A 60-minute session covers the whole body at a steady pace. With 90 or 120 minutes there is more time for tight areas such as the upper back and calves.

No. Your therapist works on your bed or on a mat, and brings the oil and towels.
What should I wear?
For Thai massage, loose comfortable clothing. For oil massage, you are covered with towels and only the area being massaged is uncovered.
Are prices per person?
Yes, each price is for one guest. For two guests at the same time, book a couples massage.
